jittbuzz Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the organization operating the jittbuzz platform and each member who uses the jittbuzz website (jittbuzz.lat).

jittbuzz is an online betting and casino platform that offers users in Bangladesh a variety of entertainment games including cricket, basketball, slots, and European roulette.

By accessing, registering on, or using any service on our platform, you are considered to have fully agreed to all clauses of these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our platform.

3.1 Registration Process

To create an account on jittbuzz, you must provide accurate and complete information. The information provided at the time of registration must match your actual identity. Providing false or misleading information may result in account cancellation.

3.2 Account Security

It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account password and login details confidential. You will be solely responsible for any activity carried out from your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify our support team immediately.

3.3 One Account Policy

Only one account is permitted per person. Creating multiple accounts will result in the permanent closure of all accounts, and the associated balances may be forfeited.

3.4 Updating Information

If your registered information changes, please notify our support team as soon as possible. jittbuzz will not be responsible for any delays in withdrawal or other issues caused by outdated information.

4.1 Deposit Rules

We support the following methods for depositing funds on jittbuzz: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (for each method). Deposits must be sent only from a method registered in your own name.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. A withdrawal request generally takes 10 to 45 minutes to process. Withdrawal funds will only be sent to the same method used for the deposit.

Identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal. If verification on the account is incomplete, the withdrawal may be delayed.

4.3 Transaction Currency

All transactions will be completed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). jittbuzz will not be responsible for any differences arising from exchange rates or conversions.

4.4 Deposit Verification

In certain special circumstances, we reserve the right to verify the source of a deposit. Funds sent from a third-party account are not acceptable, and such deposits will be returned.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

jittbuzz offers new members a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,200 bonus → Total ৳2,200
• Deposit ৳34,000 → ৳20,000 bonus → Total ৳54,000

The wagering requirement on the bonus is 10 times. This means you cannot withdraw until you have placed bets totaling 10 times the bonus amount.

5.2 Bonus Terms

Each bonus offer has a specific validity period and conditions. Accepting a bonus will also make the special terms of the relevant promotion applicable.

• One account may use a bonus offer only once.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — the wagering requirement must be met first.
• jittbuzz reserves the right to cancel a bonus if fraud or a breach of terms is suspected.

5.3 VIP Program

jittbuzz offers four VIP tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Each tier includes a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze: weekly cashback up to 0.3%
• Silver: weekly cashback up to 0.6%
• Gold: weekly cashback up to 0.9%
• Platinum: weekly cashback up to 1.2%

6.1 General Betting Rules

A bet that has been confirmed cannot be changed or cancelled. jittbuzz's decision is final in determining results. If a bet is cancelled due to a technical error, the relevant funds will be returned.

6.2 Sports Betting

Betting is available on various sports including cricket and basketball. Betting odds are variable and may change even before an event. Placing bets using match fixing or insider information is strictly prohibited.

6.3 Casino Games

Slots, roulette, and other casino games are operated by third-party software providers. These games follow fair play principles and results are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG).

6.4 Maximum Bet Limits

Maximum bet limits may apply for various games and events. jittbuzz may change these limits at any time, and a cap may apply to large winnings.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jittbuzz platform:

• Creating or operating an account using another person's identity.
• Placing artificial bets with the intention of abusing the bonus system or exploiting it.
• Money laundering or depositing funds obtained from illegal sources.
• Using software bots, automated programs, or hacking tools.
• Placing bets using match fixing or insider information.
• Attempting to disrupt the security or normal operation of the platform.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Engaging in fraudulent behavior toward other members.

In the event of a violation of these rules, jittbuzz reserves the right to permanently close the account, forfeit the balance, and take legal action.

8.1 Closure by the User

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting our support team. An opportunity to withdraw any remaining balance will be provided before the account is closed.

8.2 Closure by jittbuzz

jittbuzz reserves the right to immediately suspend or close any account due to a breach of terms, suspicion of fraud, or security-related reasons. In such cases, we will attempt to explain the reason, though this may not be possible in all circumstances.

8.3 Inactive Accounts

Specific policies may apply to accounts that have been inactive for an extended period. Advance notice will be given if any maintenance fee is deducted due to inactivity.

jittbuzz accepts limited liability for failures in payment processing, game software, and other third-party services. In the event of a third-party issue, we will assist in finding a resolution but will not accept direct liability.

10.3 Gaming Losses
